Wallace Garcia Wilson Architects, Inc. is an architectural firm in Houston, Texas formed in 2006 by Jim Wallace, Alex Garcia, Fred Wilson and a group of their former associates. The firm has a history of over twenty-five years. Its predecessors, Steinberg/Wallace Associates, Inc., Wallace Associates and Wallace/Garcia Associates, Inc. were formed in 1980, 1987 and1994 respectively. The firm specializes in the land planning and design of multi-family housing developments and has been responsible for the design of over 250,000 multi-family units. Wallace Garcia Wilson Architects, Inc. has been involved in the design of residential communities in over twenty states throughout the country. These developments have included low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise construction. The firm is presently involved in projects in Houston and other parts of Texas as well as California, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Florida, Nevada, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
